2025 KTM 390 Adventure R

The highly anticipated 2025 KTM 390 Adventure R has made its debut at EICMA 2024. This off-road-focused motorcycle is a top-spec model in the new 390 Adventure lineup.

The 390 Adventure R boasts a radical design inspired by KTM’s Dakar Rally bikes. It features a distinctive front fairing with a horseshoe-shaped LED DRL and twin LED projector headlights. A tall windscreen with a small cutout and twin LED auxiliary lights complete the aggressive look.

The bike’s large fuel tank, substantial side and tail panels, and a single-piece rally-style seat contribute to its off-road prowess. The 390 Adventure R is distinguished by its orange-colored beak, knuckle guards, frame, and seat.

Under the skin, the 390 Adventure R utilizes a steel trellis frame suspended by an adjustable WP fork and an offset monoshock. Wire-spoke rims with tube-type tires and a disc brake at each end provide excellent off-road capabilities. A protective cover shields the front disc from debris, while a metal engine sump guard offers additional protection.

Powering the 390 Adventure R is the same 390 Duke’s liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, producing 45.3 horsepower and 39 Nm of torque. This engine is expected to deliver a thrilling performance, both on and off-road.

The 390 Adventure R comes equipped with a color TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and navigation, as well as cruise control for added convenience on long rides.

With its aggressive design, off-road-focused features, and powerful engine, the KTM 390 Adventure R is poised to set new standards in the adventure motorcycle segment.
