Suzuki has unveiled the 2025 Hayabusa, introducing a series of refinements to the iconic hyper-sport motorcycle. While the core remains unchanged, the 2025 model receives subtle cosmetic upgrades with the introduction of three new color schemes: Metallic Matte Green/Metallic Matte Titanium Silver, Glass Sparkle Black, and Metallic Mystic Silver/Pearl Vigor Blue.
Furthermore, Suzuki has refined the launch control system for improved effectiveness and enhanced the cruise control functionality to seamlessly integrate with the bike’s bi-directional quickshifter.
Engine and Performance:
Powering the 2025 Hayabusa continues to be the potent 1,340cc in-line four-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC engine, delivering a formidable 190 horsepower at 9,700 RPM and 142 Nm of torque at 7,000 RPM. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox, ensuring smooth and rapid acceleration.
Electronics and Safety:
The 2025 Hayabusa remains at the forefront of technology with an extensive suite of electronic rider aids. The Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.) incorporates traction control, a bi-directional quickshifter, and a host of other safety features including cruise control, anti-lock brakes (ABS), multiple power modes, anti-lift control, a speed limiter, engine brake control, and a hill hold system. A comprehensive TFT display provides essential information to the rider.
Chassis and Suspension:
The 2025 Hayabusa features an inverted telescopic fork at the front and a single shock absorber at the rear, ensuring a balanced and composed ride. Braking performance is entrusted to high-performance Brembo Stylema calipers with four-piston configuration and twin discs at the front, while a Nissin caliper with a single disc handles braking duties at the rear.
Indian Launch:
While Suzuki has not yet announced the official launch date for the 2025 Hayabusa in the Indian market, given the model’s strong popularity in the country, it is anticipated to arrive sometime in the coming year.
