New Honda City Unveiled for Brazil

Honda has unveiled the 2025 City facelift for the Brazilian market, which will be available in both sedan and hatchback body styles. The updated models will go on sale in Brazil starting November 9th, 2024.

While the powertrain options remain unchanged, the 2025 City facelift introduces several visual and technological enhancements. The exterior features a refreshed front grille with additional horizontal elements and a revised rear bumper with horizontal reflectors. The sedan model has been extended by 25mm, while the hatchback is slightly longer by 2mm. Both models are available with 15-inch or 16-inch wheel options.

Inside the cabin, the City facelift offers a more modern and tech-savvy experience. It comes equipped with an upgraded touchscreen infotainment system featuring improved resolution and a refreshed interface. The instrument cluster can be either a 4.2-inch or 7-inch color TFT display. Additionally, the car now features an electronic parking brake with a Brake Hold function and a standard 4-disc brake system (except for the base LX trim). It offers two Type-A USB charging ports in the front and two Type-C USB ports in the rear.

Safety has been prioritized in the 2025 City facelift, with standard 6-airbags across all variants. The car also comes equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and forward collision mitigation.

Powering the 2025 City facelift is a 1.5-liter four-cylinder flex-fuel engine, capable of running on both gasoline and ethanol. The engine produces 126 horsepower and 152 Nm of torque when running on gasoline, and 126 horsepower and 155 Nm of torque when running on ethanol.

While the 2025 City facelift has been unveiled for the Brazilian market, it is expected to make its way to other markets, including India, in the near future.
