Xiaomi Debuts Upgraded Electric Scooter in Europe

Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Gen)

Xiaomi launched its electric scooter 4 Pro (2nd generation) in China in March this year and is now officially available in the European market. The second generation Xiaomi electric scooter brings many improvements compared to the previous model. It has a 400W motor that delivers up to 1000W of power. The maximum speed of the electric scooter is 25 km/h, which has been limited due to the regulations of European countries. This electric scooter is equipped with different speed modes to change the riding experience from comfortable to exciting.

In Germany, the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd generation) costs €499.99 (around Rs. 45,000). However, it is currently a discounted plan which will later be increased to €549.99 (around Rs 50,000). It is priced at £449.99 (approximately Rs. 47,200) on the company’s UK website. The e-scooter is also listed on the Xiaomi website in France, Spain and Sweden, but is currently not available for purchase. As mentioned earlier, this electric scooter was launched in March this year.

As already mentioned, the new 2nd generation Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro features several improvements over the first generation model. It has a more powerful electric motor and greater autonomy than before. In addition, the company has also expanded the display functions. Due to European Union regulations, the speed of the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Pro (2nd Generation) has been limited to 25 km/h. It has a 400W motor that can produce up to 1000W of power.

The Scooter 4 Pro (second generation) can be driven in different speed modes. It has an advanced 468Wh battery, which the company claims provides 60 km more range. It has a carbon steel frame and weighs 19 kg. The new electric scooter has an integrated display that shows the user the cruising speed, battery status and the activation of the turn signals. The Xiaomi Home app is an app for the scooter that provides driving information and controls visibility. The scooter also features an automatic lighting mode and 60mm x 10-inch wide tires.
