Porsche Celestial Jade: Unique Taycan Turbo S with Color-Shifting Paint

Porsche Asia Pacific and Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur have collaborated to create a truly extraordinary vehicle: the Celestial Jade. This one-of-a-kind Taycan Turbo S is a masterpiece of automotive design, featuring a unique paint job that changes appearance depending on the angle and lighting conditions.

Inspired by the “miraculous transformation” of precious gemstones, the Celestial Jade’s paint is a special pigmented color that shifts between shades of green, yellow, gold, white, and even blue. This mesmerizing effect is achieved through the use of Chromaflair paints, which contain tiny flakes with an opaque, reflective core layer surrounded by a glass-like layer.

Beyond the stunning paint job, the Celestial Jade boasts other distinctive features. Logos inspired by the LongMa, a mythical creature symbolizing power and strength, adorn the vehicle. The Turbonite accents have been replaced with carbon-weave components, and the interior features Slate Grey and Englishgreen leather. Even the key fob is painted to match the car’s unique color.

The Taycan Turbo S Celestial Jade is not just a visual spectacle; it’s also a high-performance electric vehicle. Equipped with a dual-motor all-wheel drive system, it produces a staggering 939 horsepower and 819 lb-ft of torque. Porsche plans to showcase the Celestial Jade at various locations in Southeast Asia before auctioning it off in 2025 to support a “good cause.” While the specific charity has not been announced, the winning bidder will not only acquire a rare and stunning vehicle but also contribute to a worthy cause.
