Skoda Auto India has unveiled the Slavia Monte Carlo, a special edition of its popular midsize sedan. This sporty version features several exterior and interior enhancements, while retaining the same mechanical specifications as the standard model.
Exterior Upgrades
The Slavia Monte Carlo sports a more aggressive look with a black-finished radiator grille surround, black fog lamp garnish, and a Monte Carlo badge on the fender. Black side sills and a black lip spoiler further enhance its sporty appeal.
The exterior is complemented by 16-inch alloy wheels in an all-black finish, dark chrome accents on the door handles, black Outside Rear View Mirror covers, black window garnish, and a black shark fin antenna. The most striking feature is the blacked-out roofline paired with an electric sunroof, creating a distinctive dual-tone appearance.
At the rear, the Slavia Monte Carlo features dark-finished LED tail lamps, a black rear diffuser with bumper garnish, and a trunk spoiler with black trunk garnish. The Skoda lettering is also finished in black for a more aggressive look.
Interior Enhancements
The cabin of the Slavia Monte Carlo boasts a two-tone black and red theme. The dashboard features contrast red accents, while the headliners are dark-themed. The instrument console also has a red theme, along with sporty aluminum pedals, dark door side trims, a front scuff plate with Monte Carlo inscription, and contrast red stitches on the door panels and armrest.
The leatherette seats feature the Monte Carlo inscription, and the front seats are powered and ventilated with a black and red finish.
No Mechanical Changes
The Slavia Monte Carlo retains the same mechanical specifications as the standard model. It is powered by either a 1.0L three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine or a 1.5L four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. Both engines are available with manual and automatic transmission options.
Availability and Pricing
Skoda Auto India will start accepting reservations for the Slavia Monte Carlo at 5 PM on September 2, 2024. The official pricing will be announced shortly. Customers can also book a test drive at their nearest Skoda dealership.
