Yamaha R15M Carbon Fiber Edition Launched, Priced at Rs 2.08 Lakh

Yamaha Motor India (YMI) has introduced a new variant of its popular R15M motorcycle, featuring a striking Carbon Fiber Pattern graphic. This design element, inspired by the legendary R1M, is a testament to Yamaha’s commitment to top-tier Japanese motorcycle design and engineering.

The R15M is equipped with a 155cc liquid-cooled engine that has been meticulously crafted to deliver exhilarating performance. Inspired by the venerable R1, this SuperSport motorcycle embodies Yamaha’s Racing DNA. The latest upgrades to the R15M perfectly align with Yamaha’s ‘The Call of the Blue’ brand campaign.

Key Features of the New R15M:

• Carbon Fiber Pattern: The R15M boasts a captivating Carbon Fiber Pattern, applied using modern water-dipping technology for an exceptional finish. This pattern is prominently featured on the front cowl, side fairing, and flanks of the rear side panels.
• Enhanced Aesthetics: In addition to the carbon fiber pattern, the R15M features an all-black fender, new decals, and blue wheels to complete its race-inspired aesthetic.
• Technological Advancements: The R15M now offers Turn-by-Turn Navigation, music and volume control through the Y-Connect app, an upgraded switchgear, and a new LED license plate light.
• Powerful Performance: The R15M is powered by a Fuel-injected 155cc engine that delivers a maximum torque of 14.2Nm @ 7,500rpm and maximum power of 13.5 kW @ 10,000 rpm.
• Advanced Features: The R15M comes equipped with Traction Control System, Quick Shifter, Assist and Slipper Clutch, and Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) for a smooth and enjoyable riding experience.

The R15M is priced at Rs. 2,08,300 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Carbon Fiber Pattern variant and Rs. 1,98,300 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) for the Metallic Grey variant. It is available for purchase at Yamaha Blue Square Showrooms across India.
