The buzz surrounding the upcoming 2024 edition of the TVS Apache RR 310 is steadily growing. Unofficial bookings have commenced at select dealerships across India, with a token amount of Rs. 5,000. This new iteration is anticipated to introduce several updates, ranging from design refinements to enhanced features. Let’s delve into what we can expect from this highly anticipated upgrade.
Design and Aesthetics:
While the current TVS Apache RR 310 showcases an aggressive, aerodynamic design inspired by the Shark Body concept, the 2024 model is likely to feature subtle design tweaks and new decals. The overall silhouette is expected to remain sharp and dynamic, reflecting the bike’s sporty character.
Feature Upgrades:
The existing Apache RR 310 offers a comprehensive array of features, including a fully digital cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, call and SMS alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, four riding modes, LED lighting, throttle-by-wire, a race-tuned slipper clutch, and GTT+ technology. However, the upcoming model could see the addition of new features such as a charging port and cruise control, which are currently available on the RTR 310 but absent in the RR 310. There’s also speculation about the inclusion of a quick shifter and other minor feature enhancements.
Performance and Power:
The current TVS Apache RR 310 is powered by a 312.2cc engine that delivers 34 PS of maximum power in Sport and Track modes, while producing 25.8 PS in Urban and Rain modes. The torque output stands at 27.3 Nm in Sport and Track modes, and 25 Nm in Urban and Rain modes. The upcoming model is expected to maintain a similar power output, with a slight increase in price, possibly a few thousand rupees more than the current cost of Rs. 2.72 lakh.
As the launch date for the 2024 TVS Apache RR 310 draws closer, the excitement among enthusiasts continues to rise. With the potential for design updates, additional features, and maintained performance, this new model promises to offer a compelling option for those seeking a sporty and feature-packed motorcycle.
