MV Agusta F3 Competizione

MV Agusta has unveiled its latest track-focused motorcycle, the F3 Competizione. This extreme supersport machine is based on the already impressive F3 RR, but with a focus on weight reduction, increased power, and enhanced aerodynamics.

The F3 Competizione features a lightweight carbon fiber frame, bodywork, and wheels, resulting in a weight reduction of 14 kilograms compared to the F3 RR. This, combined with a more powerful engine, gives the Competizione an astounding power-to-weight ratio of 0.9.

The 798cc, three-cylinder engine has been tuned to deliver 160 horsepower, a 5 horsepower increase over the F3 RR. This, coupled with a new Akrapovič titanium exhaust system, provides exhilarating performance on the track.

To further enhance the bike’s handling and performance, MV Agusta has equipped the F3 Competizione with top-of-the-line suspension components from Öhlins. The NIX30 43mm USD fork and TTX36 rear shock offer precise damping and adjustability, while the Öhlins steering damper provides stability at high speeds.

The braking system features Brembo Stylema calipers and 320mm discs, ensuring powerful and responsive braking. The addition of cooling ducts integrated into the carbon front fender helps maintain optimal brake performance under extreme conditions.

The F3 Competizione boasts advanced electronics, including a six-axis IMU and a new ECU. Riders can choose from four riding modes and eight-level traction control, while cruise control is also standard. The ABS system offers rear-wheel deactivation in Race mode, and optional launch control is available.
