KL, the Italian motorcycle brand, has made a bold move into the adventure segment with the unveiling of the Duel X concept at EICMA 2024. While a specific release date has not been announced, the bike has generated significant buzz among motorcycle enthusiasts.
Designed by Samuele Dell’Oro, the Duel X shares its DNA with the naked Duel 125. It is powered by a 124.6cc single-cylinder, four-stroke DOHC engine that delivers 12.9 hp at 9,500 rpm and 10.5 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox, providing a smooth and responsive ride.
The Duel X features a robust chassis with a 37mm front fork and a mono-shock rear suspension. The braking system comprises a single-piston caliper disc brake at both the front and rear. The bike rolls on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, offering a balance of on-road comfort and off-road capability.
With a curb weight of 151 kg and a generous ground clearance of 820 mm, the Duel X is well-suited for both urban commuting and light off-road adventures. Its approachable design and relatively lightweight make it an attractive option for new and experienced riders alike.
As KL continues to expand its product range, the Duel X represents an exciting new chapter for the brand. Stay tuned for further updates on the release date and pricing information.
