JSW MG Motor India has achieved a significant milestone by delivering over 100 electric vehicles in a single day in the Delhi-NCR region. This achievement underscores the growing popularity of MG’s electric vehicles, particularly the Windsor, ZS EV, and Comet.
The MG Windsor, a unique blend of sedan comfort and SUV space, has already garnered significant attention. Within 24 hours of its booking announcement, it amassed over 15,000 bookings, setting a new record for passenger electric vehicles in India. The Windsor boasts an impressive range of 332 kilometers, advanced safety features, and a host of smart connectivity options.
The MG Comet, a compact electric car, offers a spacious interior and a range of connected features. Its agile design and small turning radius make it ideal for city driving.
The MG ZS EV, a popular electric SUV, continues to attract customers with its premium features, spacious cabin, and long-range capabilities. It offers a claimed range of 461 kilometers and a suite of advanced technologies.
To make electric vehicle ownership more affordable, MG is offering its vehicles with a unique Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) program. This program allows customers to purchase the vehicle at a lower upfront cost and then pay a monthly fee for battery rental. The current pricing for the Windsor, Comet, and ZS EV under the BaaS program is as follows:
- MG Windsor: ₹9.99 lakh + ₹3.5/km battery rental
- MG Comet: ₹4.99 lakh + ₹2.5/km battery rental
- MG ZS EV: ₹13.99 lakh + ₹4.5/km battery rental
With these initiatives, JSW MG Motor India is making significant strides in promoting electric mobility in India.
