Hero MotoCorp is set to make a significant appearance at the 2024 EICMA motorcycle show in Milan. The Indian two-wheeler giant will unveil a range of new motorcycles, including two highly anticipated electric bikes from its sub-brand, Vida.
The two electric bikes that are expected to be showcased are the Lynx and Acro, both of which were unveiled as concepts last year.
The Lynx, a lightweight electric dirt bike, impressed audiences with its minimal design and powerful electric motor. Weighing just 82 kg, including the 3 kWh battery and 15 kW (20.1 bhp) motor, the Lynx boasts an impressive power-to-weight ratio, promising agile and thrilling performance.

The latest teaser released by Hero hints at the Lynx’s off-road capabilities, suggesting that the production model will live up to the expectations set by the concept.
The Acro, a versatile electric mini bike, features a scalable chassis that can be adjusted to accommodate riders of different sizes. Despite its compact size, the Acro is equipped with advanced safety features such as geo-fencing, remote disable, and speed limiting.
It remains to be seen whether Hero will officially launch the production versions of the Lynx and Acro at EICMA. However, the high level of interest in these concepts suggests that they could potentially be available for purchase in the near future.
