GMC Unveils 2025 Sierra EV Denali with Expanded Options

GMC Sierra EV Denali

GMC has announced significant updates to its 2025 Sierra EV Denali. The most notable changes include expanded range options and a slight increase in power.

The 2025 Sierra EV Denali will be available with two battery pack options: Extended Range and Max Range. The Extended Range pack offers an estimated range of 390 miles, while the Max Range pack boasts a GM-estimated range of 460 miles. This effectively bridges the gap between last year’s model, which had an estimated range of 440 miles.

In addition to the range improvements, the truck’s power output has been slightly increased from an estimated 754 horsepower to 760 horsepower, while torque remains at 785 lb-ft.

The updated Sierra EV Denali also comes with a price reduction for the Extended Range model, which now starts at $91,995. However, the Max Range variant remains priced above six figures, starting at $100,495.

GMC has plans to further expand the Sierra EV lineup with the introduction of Elevation and AT4 trims early next year. These versions will feature unique front fascias and reduced equipment compared to the Denali.

The AT4 trim is particularly noteworthy, as it is expected to offer additional ground clearance, larger off-road tires, and features like Super Cruise, 4-Wheel Steer, CrabWalk, and a spray-on bedliner.
