Citroën has made a splash at the Paris Auto Show 2024 with the introduction of the C5 Aircross Concept. This concept car offers a glimpse into the next generation of the popular compact SUV, which is slated for a debut next year.
The C5 Aircross Concept showcases a significant evolution from its predecessor, featuring a larger footprint and a sharper, more sculpted design language. While maintaining its focus on comfort and practicality, the new model adopts a boxy exterior reminiscent of the smaller C3 and C3 Aircross, with aerodynamic optimizations.

Measuring in at 4,650 millimeters (183 inches) long, the C5 Aircross Concept is 150 millimeters (5.9 inches) longer than its predecessor. Citroën has not yet revealed the interior details, but promises a spacious and comfortable cabin for five passengers, equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and the latest infotainment and connectivity technology.

The 2025 C5 Aircross will transition to the STLA Medium platform, a modern architecture that supports a range of powertrain options, including gasoline, hybrid, and fully electric. This platform is already used in models like the Peugeot 3008, 5008, and Opel Grandland.

The C5 Aircross Concept represents a promising glimpse into Citroën’s future and highlights the brand’s commitment to offering stylish, comfortable, and technologically advanced vehicles.
