Australia Post Electric Motorbikes

Australia Post has taken a significant step towards a more sustainable future with the launch of a new fleet of 175 state-of-the-art electric motorbikes. Manufactured by UBCO Electric Utility Bikes, these electric motorbikes are the first of their kind to join the Australia Post fleet and will be deployed across all states and territories.

Expanding Electric Reach

These electric motorbikes, capable of reaching speeds of up to 80 km/h, will significantly expand Australia Post’s ability to electrify routes that were previously challenging for three-wheel electric delivery vehicles (eDVs) to access. This expansion is a testament to Australia Post’s commitment to reducing emissions and improving efficiency in its delivery operations.

Prioritizing Safety and Sustainability

The addition of these electric motorbikes to Australia Post’s already extensive fleet of over 5,100 electric vehicles further supports the company’s goals of reducing emissions, lowering operational costs, and enhancing delivery performance. At the same time, Australia Post remains committed to prioritizing the safety of its team members.
