New-Gen Renault Duster Spied: A Bold Revival

Renault Duster

The iconic Renault Duster is making a comeback to India, and this time it’s bolder and more feature-packed than ever before. Recent spy shots reveal a right-hand drive version of the third-generation Duster, showcasing a rugged design with significant cosmetic upgrades.

The SUV retains its signature tough look with a new grille, squarish LED headlights, and prominent plastic cladding. The side profile is equally impressive, featuring pronounced wheel arches, roof rails, and stylish alloy wheels. At the rear, the Duster sports sporty wraparound taillights, a roof spoiler, and a shark fin antenna. Dimensionally, the new Duster is larger than its predecessor, offering more space and comfort for passengers.

Inside, the cabin is significantly upgraded with a 10.1-inch infotainment system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, and a host of modern features like automatic climate control, rear AC vents, and a 4WD selector dial. The India-spec Duster is also expected to come equipped with an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), including a LiDAR sensor for enhanced safety and convenience.

While engine details for the Indian market are yet to be confirmed, it’s likely that the Duster will be offered with a petrol engine option. Globally, the SUV will be available with mild-hybrid, strong-hybrid, and LPG powertrains.

With its rugged design, advanced features, and competitive pricing, the 2025 Renault Duster is poised to make a strong impact in the Indian SUV market. It will face stiff competition from popular models like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara.
