TVS NTorq Black Edition Teased: Launch Imminent

TVS Motor Company is set to expand its Black Edition lineup with the introduction of the highly anticipated NTorq Black Edition. The scooter manufacturer has officially teased the upcoming model, indicating an imminent launch. Following the successful reception of Black Editions for other models, TVS is capitalizing on the trend with its popular NTorq scooter.

As the name suggests, the NTorq Black Edition is expected to sport an all-black color scheme, complementing the scooter’s already sporty design. While TVS has been tight-lipped about specific details, the teaser image hints at a stealthy and aggressive appearance.

Mechanically, the Black Edition is likely to remain unchanged, featuring the same 124cc, single-cylinder air-cooled engine as the standard NTorq. This powertrain delivers a respectable 9.2bhp and 10.5Nm of torque.

With bookings already open, the excitement surrounding the NTorq Black Edition is building up. Expect a slight premium over the standard model when it is officially launched. Key rivals in the segment include the Yamaha Ray ZR, Honda Dio, and Aprilia SR125.
