Ducati has unveiled the 2025 Multistrada V4 and V4 S, showcasing a series of enhancements designed to elevate the riding experience. From subtle design tweaks to significant mechanical and electronic upgrades, these motorcycles offer a more refined and versatile performance.
Design Refinements
The 2025 Multistrada V4 and V4 S feature a refreshed aesthetic with revised color schemes and accents. The base colors now extend from the fuel tank to the extensions, creating a more cohesive look. The silver radiator shrouds have been darkened, and the V4 decal boasts a bolder font for increased visibility. Additionally, the LED headlights have been optimized for improved illumination.
Enhanced Chassis and Electronics
Ducati has made substantial improvements to the chassis and electronics of the Multistrada V4 and V4 S. The Ducati Skyhook electronic semi-active suspension now incorporates a front fork sensor and a new monoshock. In conjunction with the Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO) system, the suspension offers real-time adjustments for optimal comfort.
A new automatic lowering device on the rear monoshock simplifies low-speed maneuvering, particularly for shorter riders. The bike can be lowered by up to 30mm at speeds below 10kmph and automatically rises to the predetermined setting when the speed exceeds 50kmph.
Safety is further enhanced with a forward collision warning system that utilizes the front radar to alert the rider of potential hazards. The swingarm pivot position has been raised by 1mm for improved anti-squat functionality under acceleration, and optional forged alloy wheels offer reduced weight for easier handling.
New Ride Mode and Engine Enhancements
The 2025 Multistrada V4 and V4 S continue to be powered by a 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine that delivers 170bhp and 124Nm. A new “Wet” ride mode has been introduced, offering reduced power, softened throttle response, and heightened TC sensitivity. The engine also features prolonged rear cylinder bank deactivation for improved fuel efficiency at low speeds.
Improved Passenger Comfort
Ducati has addressed customer feedback by relocating the top box rack and pannier rack further back, providing 20mm more legroom for passengers. Additionally, the top box rack is now made of aluminum for increased durability.
Availability
The 2025 Ducati Multistrada V4 and V4 S are expected to be available in the Indian market towards the end of this year or early next year.
The 2025 Multistrada V4 and V4 S offer a compelling combination of performance, comfort, and technology. With its refined design, enhanced chassis and electronics, and improved passenger ergonomics, this motorcycle is well-suited for riders seeking a versatile and enjoyable riding experience.
