Korean automaker Kia has unveiled the all-new Kia EV6 facelift globally. The facelift brings a larger battery with extended range, a refreshed design with new looks, additional features, and an updated dashboard layout. This electric vehicle was presented worldwide and will go on sale in the coming months, with a launch in India scheduled for 2025. Let’s delve deeper into the details of the new Kia EV6 facelift.

The facelift equips the Kia EV6 with distinctive square LED daytime running lights in a V-shape. The front bumper and lower grille have also been redesigned. New alloy wheels add to the fresh look. The rear sees redesigned taillights and bumpers, completing the exterior enhancements.
Features of the Kia EV6 Facelift
The interior layout remains largely unchanged, but a major upgrade comes in the form of a large, curved widescreen display that integrates both the digital instrument cluster and the infotainment screen. The steering wheel now features a fingerprint scanner for keyless driving by registered users. Other features include over-the-air updates, AI-based navigation, a digital rearview mirror, a wireless charger, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, connected car technology, ADAS Level 2 driver assistance, park assist, remote parking, and more.
Power and Range of the Kia EV6 Facelift
The Kia EV6 facelift boasts a larger 84 kWh battery replacing the previous 77.5 kWh pack. The RWD variant produces 225 hp of power and 350 Nm of torque, with a stated range of up to 494 km. The dual-motor variant offers 320 hp and 605 Nm of torque. With a 350 kW DC fast charger, the battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes.
The EV6 comes in top-of-the-line RWD, AWD, and GT versions. Kia offers a wide range of eight color options, including Ivory Matte Silver, Pearl Snow White, Interstellar Gray, Pearl Aurora Black, Glacier, Moonscape Matte Gray, Yacht Blue, and Track Red. The GT trim has its own set of four color options: Wolf Grey, Yacht Matte Blue, Snow White Pearl, Aurora Black Pearl, and Runway Red.
