KTM 390 Adventure

KTM recently unveiled its much-anticipated 390 Adventure S and 390 Enduro R at India Bike Week 2024. These motorcycles are designed to cater to different adventure riding preferences, with the Adventure S focusing on touring and the Enduro R specializing in off-road riding.

KTM 390 Adventure S

The 390 Adventure S is a significant upgrade over its predecessor, featuring improved suspension, advanced electronics, and a new engine. Its design is inspired by the larger 1390 Adventure, with a striking rally-inspired look, vertically stacked twin-projector LED headlights, and Dakar-style bodywork. The 2025 model offers a more comfortable riding position, making it suitable for long-distance touring and off-road adventures.

KTM 390 Enduro R

The 390 Enduro R is built for hardcore off-road enthusiasts, with a rugged design and a focus on performance. Its minimalist design, beak-like front fender, and compact headlight assembly contribute to its off-road capabilities. The Enduro R is equipped with a fully adjustable suspension setup and knobby tires, making it ready to tackle challenging trails.

Engine and Performance

Both the Adventure S and Enduro R are powered by a new 399 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 45.5 horsepower and 39 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

Features

The 390 Adventure S comes with a range of features, including a TFT display, switchable traction control, cornering ABS, rear ABS with switchable functionality, cruise control, and vertically stacked twin-projector LED headlights.

The 390 Enduro R features a compact LCD instrument cluster, full LED lighting, and a fully adjustable suspension setup.

Launch and Pricing

Both the Adventure S and Enduro R are set to launch in India in January 2025. While the exact pricing has not been announced, it is expected to be higher than the current 390 Adventure model.
