BMW Motorrad has showcased the F 450 GS Concept at Auto Expo 2025, a near-production-ready adventure motorcycle first unveiled at EICMA 2024. Positioned between the G 310 GS and F 800/900 GS models, the F 450 GS aims to fill a crucial gap in BMW’s Indian lineup.
Drawing inspiration from the iconic R 1300 GS, the F 450 GS Concept boasts classic GS styling with a striking blue, white, and red color scheme, reminiscent of the R 1300 GS Trophy variant.
At the heart of this adventure machine lies a newly developed 450cc parallel-twin engine, delivering 47 bhp and substantial low-end torque. Utilizing lightweight materials like magnesium, the F 450 GS achieves a dry weight of 175 kg, promising agile handling and impressive performance.

A comprehensive suite of advanced features is integrated into the concept, including ABS Pro with lean-angle sensitivity, high-performance brakes, freely configurable riding modes, and BMW Connectivity with a 6.5-inch TFT display and smartphone integration.

BMW Motorrad plans to commence series production of the F 450 GS by the end of 2025. The motorcycle will be on display at the ongoing Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, offering a glimpse into the future of adventure motorcycling from BMW.
