Tata Motors showcased the new Ace Pro, a versatile micro LCV designed for last-mile deliveries, at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo. Available in both electric and bi-fuel options, the Ace Pro aims to cater to diverse transportation needs.
Drawing inspiration from its predecessors, the Tata Ace Zip and Magic Iris, the Ace Pro retains the distinctive cab-over design. However, the vehicle has undergone a significant redesign, featuring a modernized front fascia with round halogen headlights connected by a black trim piece. The cabin interior has been upgraded with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, and basic ADAS features.

The Ace Pro EV utilizes a new and unique modular architecture. Powered by an electric motor delivering 104 Nm of torque, it can carry a payload of 750 kg and offers an impressive range of over 155 km on a single charge.
For those requiring longer ranges, the Ace Pro Bi-Fuel offers a compelling alternative. Equipped with a 694cc two-cylinder engine capable of running on both CNG and gasoline, it provides a combined range of 280 km, significantly exceeding the capabilities of its predecessor.

While official pricing and launch dates have yet to be announced, Tata Motors is currently accepting applications of interest in India for both the Ace Pro EV and Bi-Fuel variants.
