Hero Elevates Mavrick 440 with USD Fork and TFT Display

Hero Mavrick 440

Hero MotoCorp made a significant splash at the 2024 EICMA motorcycle show, unveiling a lineup of exciting new models. Alongside the XPulse 210, Xtreme 250, and Karizma XMR 250, the company also unveiled an updated version of its flagship motorcycle, the Mavrick 440.

The most notable change to the Mavrick 440 is the addition of a premium USD (Upside-Down) fork finished in gold, similar to the one found on the Harley-Davidson X440. This upgrade aims to enhance the motorcycle’s visual appeal and balance its proportions, as some critics felt the previous design was disproportionate to its engine displacement.

Another significant addition is a TFT screen, borrowed from the Harley-Davidson X440 but with a unique user interface. The updated Mavrick 440 showcased at EICMA sported a sleek stealthy grey color scheme, further accentuated by the striking gold fork.

The motorcycle continues to be powered by the same 440 cc single-cylinder air- and oil-cooled engine, delivering approximately 27 horsepower and 36 Nm of torque. While Hero MotoCorp has not yet announced pricing or a launch timeline for the updated Mavrick 440, it is expected to be available in 2025. The current standard Mavrick 440 is priced between ₹1.99 lakh and ₹2.24 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
