Tesla’s Cybertruck, known for its massive 123 kWh battery, has been a subject of discussion due to its lengthy charging times. However, a recent software update has significantly improved its charging capabilities, particularly at V4 Supercharger stations.
These select V4 Superchargers can now deliver up to 325 kW of power to the Cybertruck, significantly reducing charging times. While the charging speed isn’t constant throughout the session, the initial boost is substantial. In fact, some Cybertruck owners have reported charging from 8% to 40% in just 10 minutes and reaching 80% in 35 minutes at a 350 kW Supercharger.
@cybertruck can now charge up to 325kW on select V4 Supercharger posts. Rollout in progress.

Tesla’s ambitious plans for the future include increasing the maximum charging speed of V4 Superchargers to 500 kW in 2025, which would further reduce charging times. However, as with any technological advancement, it’s important to wait for the actual implementation before drawing definitive conclusions.
