Honda has entered a transformative phase with the debut of two groundbreaking EV prototypes at CES 2025—the Honda 0 Saloon and 0 SUV. These models mark a significant step toward production, blending futuristic design and advanced technology. The 0 Saloon retains a striking resemblance to last year’s concept, while the 0 SUV borrows design cues from the 2024 Space Hub concept, adopting a crossover-inspired body style.

Scheduled for a North American release in 2026, the 0 SUV will lead the lineup, hitting the roads in the first half of the year. It will be followed by the Saloon in the latter half, with both vehicles manufactured at Honda’s EV Hub in Ohio.

The 0 SUV features a bold design with a black front panel, pixelated headlights, an illuminated Honda logo, and a chunky bumper incorporating battery cooling vents. A raked windshield, two-tone roof, thick D-pillars, and U-shaped tail lights enhance its contemporary styling.

The 0 Saloon, meanwhile, builds on the futuristic look of its predecessor with a cab-forward design, low-slung wedge profile, larger headlights with retractable covers, and blocky D-pillars. A black panel replaces the front-end screen, maintaining a sleek, modern appearance.

Inside, both prototypes share a tech-forward cabin featuring a screen-covered dashboard, digital instrument cluster, central screen, front passenger display, and peripheral screens. The yoke-style steering wheel complements the high-tech aesthetic.

Powering these vehicles will be rear and all-wheel-drive systems with 241 hp electric motors, delivering an estimated range of 483 km. Both models will feature Level 3 autonomous driving, allowing users to multitask during commutes, and run on Honda’s next-generation ASIMO OS.

These prototypes demonstrate Honda’s bold vision for an electrified future, merging innovative design with cutting-edge technology.
