Nissan has introduced the updated Magnite compact SUV in India, starting at a price of Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The facelift brings several cosmetic enhancements and new features to the popular model.
The Magnite now sports a bolder front fascia with a wider grille and chrome inserts. Sleek LED headlights and L-shaped LED DRLs add to its modern appeal. While the rear retains its overall design, it features revised LED taillights with a smoked effect and a chrome insert. The SUV rides on new 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Inside, the cabin receives a dual-tone copper and black color scheme, along with a revised 3-spoke steering wheel and dual-tone upholstery. The Magnite is equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system paired with a 6-speaker Arkamys audio system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control with rear AC vents, a wireless charger, a new I-Key, and a 360-degree camera. Safety features include automatic headlamps, an auto-dimming IRVM, USB Type-C charging ports, and 6 airbags as standard across all variants.
Under the hood, the Magnite continues to be powered by the same 1.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine and 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine options. The naturally aspirated engine produces 71 BHP and 96 Nm, mated to a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT. The turbo-petrol engine delivers 99 BHP and 160 Nm, paired with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT.
The 2024 Nissan Magnite facelift is available in various variants and color options, catering to different customer preferences and budgets.
