Triumph Motorcycles is gearing up for another exciting launch in India. While the MY2025 Speed 400 has recently taken center stage, enthusiasts have been eagerly anticipating updates to its scrambler sibling, the Scrambler 400 X.
According to our sources, the 2025 Triumph Scrambler 400 X is set to hit Indian showrooms in the coming months. While the motorcycle is technically ready for launch, the brand is prioritizing the establishment of the new Speed 400 and Speed T4 models in the market. This strategic move might result in a slight delay for the Scrambler’s release.
In terms of updates, the 2025 Scrambler 400 X will primarily focus on cosmetic changes. Expect to see fresh paint schemes that align with the design language of the recently launched Speed 400. The iconic Matt Khaki Green color will likely remain a staple in the Scrambler lineup.
While some enthusiasts might have hoped for additional features like a visor or an off-road mudguard, it seems these elements won’t be part of the initial offering. However, Triumph might consider introducing these options in the future based on market demand.
Mechanically, the Scrambler 400 X will retain its proven 399cc, liquid-cooled engine. This powerplant continues to deliver a respectable 39.5bhp and 37.5Nm of torque, paired with a smooth six-speed gearbox.
With the minor updates and potential price increase, the 2025 Triumph Scrambler 400 X is poised to maintain its position as a stylish and capable scrambler motorcycle in the Indian market.
