Honda Motorcycles & Scooters India (HMSI) has introduced the 2025 version of the SP160, further enhancing its lineup of updated models. Following the recent upgrades to the Activa and SP125, the new SP160 now complies with the latest OBD2B emission standards. Alongside these updates, the motorcycle also boasts subtle design enhancements and feature upgrades. Priced from ₹1,21,951 (ex-showroom), the SP160 is available in two variants: single-disc and dual-disc. The refreshed model is now available at Honda dealerships across the country.
What’s New in the 2025 Honda SP160?
The 2025 SP160 features a more dynamic front design with a redesigned LED headlamp and a muscular fuel tank complemented by sporty shrouds. Its aerodynamic undercowl and chrome-accented muffler add to the bike’s sporty appeal. At the rear, the motorcycle is equipped with an LED taillight. Customers can choose from four striking color options: Radiant Red Metallic, Pearl Igneous Black, Pearl Deep Ground Gray, and Athletic Blue Metallic.
A standout addition to the new SP160 is the inclusion of a 4.2-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. Compatible with the Honda RoadSync app, this system offers real-time navigation, call and SMS alerts, music control, and essential riding data. Additionally, the bike now comes with a USB Type-C charging port for added convenience.
Engine Specifications
Powering the 2025 SP160 is the familiar 162.71 cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, delivering 13 hp and 14.8 Nm of torque. The engine has been updated to meet OBD2B compliance, ensuring better environmental performance.

The 2025 Honda SP160 is available in two configurations:
- Single-Disc Variant: Priced at ₹1.22 lakh (ex-showroom)
- Dual-Disc Variant: Priced at ₹1.28 lakh (ex-showroom)
