Renault India is modernizing its dealership experience with the introduction of its global architectural concept, new’R. The company has opened its first new’R dealership worldwide in Ambattur, Chennai, signaling a significant step in its India strategy. This new design features updated interiors and a contemporary layout.
Venkatram M., Managing Director and Country CEO of Renault India, emphasized the importance of this launch, stating that India’s selection as the first location for the new’R store format underscores the country’s key role in Renault’s global plans. He added that India will soon experience a transformed Renault, offering enhanced customer service through new products, a redefined sales process, and globally recognized after-sales support.
The new’R concept aims to create a fresh, modern, and urban atmosphere with unique lighting, premium seating, and an inviting environment. Customers can comfortably explore the vehicles, experiencing their interiors and features firsthand. The dealerships are designed to be a comprehensive hub for all Renault services, consolidating after-sales reception, customer lounges, and sales offices within a single location for improved accessibility and a seamless customer journey.
