Nissan is gearing up to make a splash at the upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon with a diverse lineup of vehicles, including a fully electric R32 Skyline GT-R and a range of concept cars.
The highlight of Nissan’s exhibit is undoubtedly the electrified R32 Skyline GT-R. This iconic sports car has been meticulously converted to an electric vehicle, with the original engine and suspension replaced by a battery pack and electric motors. Nissan has been sharing updates on this project on social media throughout the year, building anticipation for its debut.
In addition to the electric R32, Nissan will showcase two concept versions of the X-Trail. The Unwind concept, based on the latest-generation X-Trail, features a customized paint job, extended fender flares, and a unique trailer. This combination aims to create a luxurious outdoor experience, perfect for enjoying activities like coffee brewing. The X-Trail Remastered concept, on the other hand, is based on the previous-generation model and is designed to provide an immersive environment for enjoying analog records.

Nissan will also unveil a disaster support version of the Caravan, equipped with a Leaf-sourced battery and solar panels. This vehicle is designed to provide essential support during disaster relief efforts, offering extended operation time without relying on external power sources.
Furthermore, Nissan will display Autech versions of the Aura and Serena, both featuring sporty body kits, upgraded suspension, and enhanced steering systems.
To complete the lineup, Nissan will exhibit the Ariya Nismo, Fairlady Z, and GT-R Nismo Special Edition. Additionally, the Motul Autech Z race car, which competes in the Super GT series, will also be on display.
With this impressive lineup, Nissan is poised to captivate automotive enthusiasts at the Tokyo Auto Salon and showcase its commitment to innovation and performance.
