Maruti Suzuki is preparing to enter the electric vehicle market in India with its highly anticipated e-Vitara, slated for launch later this year. Positioned to compete with the Hyundai Creta Electric, Tata Curvv EV, and Mahindra BE 06, the e-Vitara recently debuted at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, and Maruti has now released further details about its features and color options.

The e-Vitara will come equipped with modern features, including LED headlights, DRLs, and taillights. It will ride on 18-inch alloy wheels, and active air vents on the grille are expected to improve aerodynamics. The interior boasts a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, coupled with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. Other highlights include a panoramic sunroof, multi-color ambient lighting, a wireless charger, and an Infinity by Harman audio system with connected car technology.

The e-Vitara will offer multiple driving modes (Eco, Normal, and Sport), along with a dedicated Snow mode, regenerative braking, and one-pedal driving for increased efficiency.

Six single-tone colors will be available: Nexa Blue, Splendid Silver, Arctic White, Grandeur Grey, Bluish Black, and Opulent Red. Four dual-tone options will also be offered: Arctic White, Land Breeze Green, Splendid Silver, and Opulent Red, all with a contrasting black roof.
