JSW MG Motor India has announced substantial customer incentives on its Hector SUV, with potential savings reaching up to ₹2.40 lakh. These offers are available until March 31, 2025, and apply to all versions of the Hector, including the five, six, and seven-seater configurations (the latter two marketed as the Hector Plus).
The benefits package includes a significantly reduced financing interest rate of 4.99%, an extended warranty, complimentary accessories, a roadside assistance program, and a 50% discount on road tax. MG Motor India states that these combined offers provide a total value of ₹2.40 lakh to buyers.
The MG Hector is offered in six distinct trim levels: Style, Shine Pro, Select Pro, Smart Pro, Sharp Pro, and Savvy Pro, alongside three special edition variants. Pricing for the Hector ranges from ₹13.99 lakh to ₹22.56 lakh (ex-showroom). In the competitive mid-size SUV segment, the Hector faces rivals such as the Mahindra XUV700, Tata Safari, Hyundai Alcazar, and Kia Carens.

Powering the MG Hector are two engine options: a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol and a 2.0-liter diesel. The petrol engine delivers 142 horsepower and 250 Newton-meters of torque, and is available with a manual transmission or a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The diesel engine produces 168 horsepower and 350 Newton-meters of torque, and is exclusively paired with a manual gearbox.
