Maruti Suzuki India has confirmed a price increase for its entire vehicle lineup, effective February 2025. The hike, ranging from ₹1,500 to ₹32,500, aims to offset rising input and operational costs. This adjustment aligns with the industry’s annual practice to manage escalating expenses. Notably, the maximum increase of ₹32,500 applies to the Celerio hatchback, while the minimum hike of ₹1,500 impacts models like the Ciaz and Jimny. Other popular models, including the Swift, Dzire, Brezza, and Wagon R, will also see varying increases.
Maruti Suzuki remains a strong performer in exports, with 245,642 passenger vehicles shipped from April to December 2024—a 21% growth year-on-year, contributing 43% of India’s PV exports.
