Honda Elevate Surpasses 100,000 Global Sales Milestone

Honda Cars India has announced that its Elevate SUV has surpassed 100,000 unit sales globally, reaching this landmark figure by January 2025. This achievement highlights the success of the India-manufactured vehicle in both domestic and international markets.

The Honda Elevate, a mid-size SUV, is not only popular within India but is also exported to Japan, South Africa, Nepal, and Bhutan. Of the total sales, over 53,000 units were sold within India, while nearly 48,000 units were shipped overseas.

The Elevate is available in several trim levels, including SV, V, VX, and ZX, providing customers with a range of options. Honda has also introduced special editions, such as the Apex Edition, Black Edition, and Signature Black Edition, to cater to diverse preferences.

Under the hood, the Elevate features a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, paired with either a six-speed manual or a continuously variable transmission (CVT). This engine delivers 119 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque. Honda claims fuel efficiency figures of 15.31 kilometers per liter for the manual variant and 16.92 kilometers per liter for the CVT version. Currently, a hybrid powertrain is not offered.
