Audi Q7 Bold Edition

Audi India has launched a new special edition for the Q7 called the Bold Edition. Priced at ₹ 97.84 lakh (ex-showroom, India), the Q7 Bold Edition is the most expensive version of the luxury SUV. The Bold Edition includes a black styling package and is offered in limited quantities.

The Q7 Bold Edition is available in four color options: Glacier White, Mythos Black, Navarra Blue and Samurai Grey. As part of the Bold edition, the Q7 gets a blacked-out Audi logo along with the grille, window frames, ORVMs, and roof rails.

Otherwise, the Q7 remains unchanged in the Bold Edition. Additionally, it features a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system combined with an 8.6-inch touchscreen for climate control. It also includes a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, panoramic sunroof, 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, four-zone automatic climate control, and much more.

Under the hood, the Q7 Bold Edition has a 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 petrol engine that produces 335 PS and 500 Nm. Power is sent to all four wheels through an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Q7 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 250 km/h.

The Bold edition costs ₹2.39 lakh more than the Q7 Technology variant. The standard Q7 (Rp 86.92-95.45 lakh) is significantly cheaper than its rivals like the BMW X7 (Rp 1.30-1.34 crore), Mercedes-Benz GLS (Rp 1.32-1.37 crore) and the Volvo XC90 (Rp 1.32 crore). crores).

Exterior:

The Audi Q7 Bold Edition features a Black Styling package that includes a gloss black treatment on the grille and blacked-out “Audi” logos on the front and rear. Even the side profile of the window frames, ORVMs and roof racks is blackened. The 7-seater SUV is already equipped with Matrix LED headlights with LED daytime running lights and 19-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels, optionally also with two-tone paint.

Interior:

The Bold edition offers no changes to the interior. Plus, it has the same features as the standard model, including a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 19-speaker audio system, 4-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, and a 360° opening system. -Round vision system. Transmission:

Without mechanical changes, the Bold Edition offers the same 3.0-liter V6 turbo gasoline engine, equipped with mild hybrid technology, producing 340 HP and 500 Nm, associated with an 8-speed automatic transmission. It also offers seven driving modes (Auto, Comfort, Dynamic, Efficiency, Off-Road, Off-Road and Individual). This gasoline engine accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.6 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 250 km/h. The Q7 is equipped with Audi’s all-wheel drive system.

The price of the Audi Q7 starts at Rs 86.92 lakh, and the top variant of the newly launched Bold Edition is priced at Rs 97.84 lakh. It competes with the Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW X5 and Volvo XC90.
