While the Speed T4’s iconic silhouette remains unchanged, several key updates distinguish the 2025 model. Beyond the eye-catching color schemes, the bike now sports a stylish steel-finished exhaust. Adding a touch of exclusivity are the new 3D “T4” emblems adorning the side panels. Minimalist stripes on the alloy wheels, matching the new paint jobs, complete the visual refresh. These subtle yet impactful changes elevate the Speed T4’s overall aesthetic, making it even more desirable.

The new color palette significantly enhances the Speed T4’s appeal. The Caspian Blue, Lava Red Gloss, and Phantom Black with Pearl White dual-tone options accentuate the bike’s premium feel, highlighting its classic lines. The Phantom Black with Storm Grey combination offers a more understated, almost all-black look, giving the Speed T4 a stealthy and aggressive presence.

What Remains Unchanged?

The Triumph Speed T4 retains its proven 398cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, producing 31PS at 7,000rpm and 36Nm at 5,000rpm. This engine, known for its strong low-end performance and smooth power delivery, is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The Speed T4’s signature deep and bassy exhaust note also continues.

The motorcycle’s chassis comprises a steel tubular frame, 43mm telescopic forks, and a rear monoshock with preload adjustability, offering 140mm of front and 120mm of rear wheel travel. Braking is handled by a 300mm front and 230mm rear disc brake setup. The Speed T4 rides on 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with tubeless tires.

The Speed T4 features all-LED lighting and a semi-digital instrument console with an analog speedometer, providing essential information like gear position, fuel level, and trip details. Dual-channel ABS is also standard. The Speed T4 focuses on providing essential features without unnecessary electronic complexities.

Price and Competition:

The Triumph Speed T4 is priced at Rs 1,99,000 (ex-showroom Delhi), with no price increase despite the new color options. It competes with motorcycles like the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, Hero Mavrick 440, Husqvarna Vitpilen 250, and KTM Duke 250 in this price segment. The new color options and subtle design enhancements make the Speed T4 a more compelling choice in this competitive market.
