While KTM's intention to acquire a majority stake in MV Agusta has been revealed, we're yet to witness any new collaborative models. However, KTM has been vocal about its commitment to preserving MV Agusta's unique brand identity while enhancing its market presence and distribution in crucial markets. To bolster brand visibility and make their mark on the global motorcycle stage, MV Agusta has exciting plans for the upcoming EICMA expo.

 

From November 7 to 12, 2023, MV Agusta will grace EICMA 2023 with a showcase of its latest technological marvels. In an official statement, MV Agusta declared, "November 2023 will mark a grand return for the Schiranna brand, with an impressive roster of stunning models, projects, and initiatives that will delight fans and owners from across the world."

What can we anticipate from MV Agusta at EICMA 2023? For starters, the company has unveiled returning models for the 2024 model-year, including the

98 Edizione Limitata and the Brutale 1000 RR.

Additionally, MV Agusta is poised to reveal the much-anticipated "9.5 Project" in its final form. Initially known as the "Lucky Explorer," this motorcycle was almost entirely shelved. Rumors have circulated about the fate of the "9.5 Project," with speculation suggesting it could rival the Ducati DesertX, emphasizing off-road capability.

Beyond new and returning models, MV Agusta's presence at EICMA 2023 signifies the brand's first participation in the expo alongside its new partner, Pierer Mobility AG. As Europe's largest motorcycle producer and the parent company of KTM, Pierer Mobility AG is set to have a significant impact on MV Agusta's future. This collaboration opens the door to exciting possibilities in the months and years to come.
