KTM has unveiled its latest flagship adventure tourer, the 1390 Super Adventure R. This powerful motorcycle is equipped with a 1,350 cc V-twin engine, delivering 173 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a semi-automatic gearbox and variable Camshift technology, providing strong mid-range performance and excellent off-road capabilities.
The 1390 Super Adventure R shares the same revised bodywork as the 1390 Super Adventure S and S Evo, with a few tweaks to enhance its off-road performance, such as a shorter windscreen. The bike is built on a lightweight trellis frame and features manually adjustable 48 mm WP Apex Xplor suspension with 220 mm of travel.
The braking system comprises dual 320 mm front discs and a single 267 mm rear disc, all clamped by Brembo Stylema calipers. The 8-inch TFT touchscreen display offers a range of connectivity features and riding modes.
While the 1390 Super Adventure R will not be available in India immediately, it is expected to arrive in the country by the end of 2025.
