Hero MotoCorp Unveils Xoom 125 Scooter at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025

Hero MotoCorp has finally launched the much-anticipated Xoom 125 scooter at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, priced at Rs 86,900 (ex-showroom). This sporty 125cc scooter, delayed several times, boasts a sharp design with LED lighting, a fully digital instrument cluster, and a powerful 124.6cc engine.

Designed for Youth

The Xoom 125 targets younger riders with its aggressive styling, featuring a sculpted front apron, sleek side panels, and a modern tail section. LED headlamps and distinctive scroll-style turn indicators further enhance its appeal. The digital instrument console provides essential information, including fuel consumption, distance-to-empty, and standard readouts.

Performance and Handling

Built on an underbone chassis, the Xoom 125 features a telescopic front fork and a monoshock rear suspension. Notably, it rides on 14-inch wheels, uncommon in this segment, offering improved stability and handling. Braking duties are handled by a front disc brake and a rear drum brake.

Powertrain and Performance

The scooter is powered by a 124.6cc, air-cooled engine generating 9.8 bhp and 10.4 Nm of torque. Mated to a CVT transmission, Hero claims a 0-60 km/h acceleration time of just 7.6 seconds.

Market Entry

Priced competitively, the Xoom 125 directly challenges rivals like the TVS Ntorq 125 and the Suzuki Avenis. With its blend of style, performance, and features, Hero aims to capture a significant market share in the competitive 125cc scooter segment.
