Triumph Motorcycles has recently introduced the 2025 Speed Twin 900, a refreshed version of their popular modern classic motorcycle. This new iteration boasts several upgrades, including a revised suspension setup, enhanced features, and a fresh coat of paint.
One of the notable changes is the adoption of a non-adjustable Marzocchi USD fork at the front, replacing the previous telescopic and gaiter forks. At the rear, a Marzocchi piggy-back monoshock is now mounted on a stiffer, lighter aluminum swingarm, offering 10mm less travel than its predecessor. Michelin Road Classic tires provide the grip, while a larger 320mm disc up front ensures improved braking performance.
The 2025 Speed Twin 900 also features a new LED headlight, updated switchgear, and a modern TFT instrument console, similar to its larger sibling, the Speed Twin 1200. The seat height has been raised slightly to 780mm, but Triumph offers an accessory seat to maintain the previous height of 760mm.
Under the hood, the motorcycle retains its 900cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, delivering the same power and torque output of 65 hp and 80 Nm. The engine remains paired to a 5-speed gearbox, and the two riding modes (road and rain) are carried over. The instrument console now includes Bluetooth connectivity for seamless integration with smartphones.
Triumph has also expanded the accessory catalog for the Speed Twin 900, offering over 120 options, including heated grips, cruise control, and a type-C USB charger.
In terms of aesthetics, the 2025 Speed Twin 900 is available in three color schemes: a pure white with blue and orange stripes, a phantom black with dark grey stripes and gold accents, and an aluminum silver with a red accent around the Triumph logo.
The Speed Twin 900 is priced at GBP 9,195, representing a 400 pound increase compared to the previous model. While the Indian launch is expected later this year or early next year, the motorcycle is currently priced around ₹ 8.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
